This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all patients who checked the ankle joint at the Medan Advent General Hospital with a sample of 1 person. Data processing techniques are carried out using various reference books and field observations. The results of this study indicate that there is Osteoarthritis around the ankle joint which is shown using Antero-Posterior and Lateral projections and using Computed Radiography film processing. It is recommended that radiation protection for patients is not enough just by limiting the irradiation field, the patient should also be given other personal protective equipment such as an apron and so on.
