Abstract

Shoulder Joint is a ball-and-socket joint formed by the head humerus and glenoid cavity of the scapula bone. This is often referred to as the humeroscapular or glenohumeral joint. Shoulder Joint radiography is an examination technique performed in the diagnostic field using X-rays to show a picture of the shoulder joint with the roentgen film so that abnormalities can be seen in detail. Tumor is a lump or swelling that usually originates from connective tissue, and is marked as mass in the limbs or Reptroperitonium. According to the WHO, in 2012 the global rate of tumor pederita was about 14.1 million people who suffered from tumors. In WHO (Word Health Organization) data, in 2008 Southeast Asia accounted for 725,600 cases. According to RSUP. H. Adam Malik Medan Medical Records data. Tumor on Shoulder Joint is at the lowest 45 causes of death. The number of outpatient visits for 2020 is 231 people while the number of patients hospitalized as many as 7 people. This research uses qualitative research method. Performed at the Radiology intalasi Of Central General Hospital Haji Adam Malik Medan. The results of this study provide information on the presence of abnormalities in the Shoulder Joint with the assumption of tumors. Filming using Conventional X-Ray aircraft the conclusion of this examination is to use only one projection, namely Antero-Posterior (AP) projection using computed radiography (CR).
