Pemeriksaan Buick Nier Overzicht Intra Venous Pyelografi (BNO-IVP) dengan Sangkaan Hidronefrosis Pada Pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Haji Adam Malik Medan

Abstract

Hydronephrosisare  abnormal  dilatation  of  the  renal  pelvis  and  calyces  (hydronephrosis)  and  Ureteral dilatation (hydroureter) may be caused by persistent but incomplete obstruction at a significant point in the urinary tract. Hydronephrosis is caused by narrowing of the left renal pelvis near the ureterpelvic junction. hydronephrosis is pain in the abdomen and pelvis, nausea, vomiting, not being able to empty the bladder completely, pain when urinating or urinating, hematuria, and less frequent urination (urine comes out with a weak stream). In this paper, the projections used are Anteroposterior (AP) and Posteroanterior (PA). This research was conducted at the Haji Adam Malik General Hospital Medan in May-June 2021. The type of research used was descriptive qualitative research. Descriptive research is a fact finding with the right interpretation. The results of the diagnostic examination provide information on abnormalities in the urinary tract using Cumputed Radiography (CR) as film processing and radiographic technique buick nier overzick intra venous pyelography (bno-ivp) with suspected hydronephrosis using a general x-ray unit with a capacity of 600 mA.
