Abstract
Cystography is a radiographic examination to show the bladder area (vesika urinaria) using positive contrast media (iodine), for example ionic sodium and non-ionic contrast to see the structure and pathological abnormalities of the organs being examined. Urinary system disorders that cause many pathologies and some are congenital. In the case of cystography with the suspicion of constriction in the pars bulbosa initially caused by congenital, but for further examination there has been a narrowing and this can occur due to trauma, infection, the patient complains of not being able to urinate, this condition is referred to as urinary retention, which is a a condition in which the patient is unable to urinate even though the bladder is full. Research on Cystography with the assumption of constriction on Pars Bulbosa, this type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. Descriptive research is a fact finding with the right interpretation. Descriptive research studies problems in society, as well as the procedures that apply in society and certain situations, including the relationship between activities, attitudes, views, and ongoing processes and the influence of a phenomenon. So the radiological conclusions obtained on cystography examination suspected narrowing of the pars bulbosa, urethral stenosis of the pars bulbosa as far as +/- 2.2 cm Neurogenic bladder. Processing film used for cystography examination with suspected narrowing of the pars bulbosa, using digital radiography (DR).
