This research was conducted at the Royal Prima Hospital Medan with the type of qualitative research. Data was collected by means of interviews, documentation and patient X-rays. The results of the study concluded that bilateral maxillary sinusitis and bilateral nasal conchae thickening were shown using the Parietoacanthia Open-mouth Waters Method and Lateral projections and using Digital Radiography film processing so as to provide maximum picture results to diagnose a disease or disorder.
