The creation of a good work environment and the provision of appropriate motivation according to the needs of employees will provide opportunities for the organization to support the achievement of organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of the environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT Anugrah Mitra Karya Abadi Medan in 2018. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method, in which basic data from a sample of a population is collected using a questionnaire instrument in the field. The data used in this study is primary data. Primary data is obtained directly from the original source through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The study population was all 35 employees of PT Anugrah Mitra Karya Abadi with the number of samples used as total sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing and distributing questionnaires to respondents. Classical assumption test is done by normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis technique used the T-test and F-test. The results showed that partially the t-count work environment value > t table, namely the t-count work environment value 2.317 > 1.692, as well as the t-count motivation value > t table, namely the t-count motivation value 2.370 > 1.692, this shows that there is a positive and significant effect between work environment and motivation on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously shows that the calculated F value > F table (5,029 > 3,29) thus the regression model between work environment and work motivation on employee performance is declared fit or good.
